Ages 10 and up can experience our kid-friendly swim and ages 16 and up can experience our Otter Swim Experience! Our Otter Swim has been called the highlight of the year by many of our guests who have swam with our furry friends! Experience a two-hour-long tour of our entire facility and then enjoy a dip in the pool with Draco and Bella

About Our Park

Magnolia Ridge is the largest zipline park in the state of Louisiana, featuring over 32 acres of scenery and adventure courses!!!

The high elements course stretches across 8 lines over 32 acres of land in the rolling hills of East Feliciana parish. The best way to describe the course is almost like taking a hike through the treetops. You'll make your way through progressively longer ziplines, allowing those of all skill levels a chance to get used to the feeling of speeding high above the ground, all while secured by industry-leading safety equipment. As you make your way through the beautiful hardwood forest, you will have a chance to observe some of the native wildlife our area has to offer, such as whitetail deer, North American River Otters, Turkeys, and a variety of other birdlife.
